1Acceptance of Terms

2Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of mh609 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure without warning.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. mh609 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify mh609 immediately at [email protected].

Mh609 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Permitted Use

  • Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
  • Provide accurate and valid personal information
  • Contact support via official channels for any issues
  • Comply with all game rules stated under each category
  • Use only payment methods registered in your own name

Prohibited Use

  • Use automated software, bots or scripts to access the platform
  • Engage in any form of fraud, manipulation or collusion with other users
  • Share an account with another individual or transfer account ownership
  • Abuse the bonus or promotions system in an unauthorised manner
  • Use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, cancellation of any bonus balance, and/or permanent account closure. mh609 reserves the right to withhold funds suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity while an investigation is underway.

4Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions on the mh609 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, approved digital wallets and other methods listed in the deposit section of your account.

Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Using a third party's account to make deposits or withdrawals is prohibited and may result in funds being frozen and the account closed. mh609 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction deemed unusual or suspicious.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. mh609 is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.

Any taxes, service charges or fees imposed by a bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.

5Liability Limits & Account Policy

Mh609 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance or temporary downtime without prior notice. mh609 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such disruptions.

Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, mh609 reserves the right to correct the error and restore the account balance to its proper state. mh609's decision in such matters is final.

Account Suspension & Closure

Mh609 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • User found to be in violation of any terms set out in this document
  • Suspicious activity detected that is believed to be related to fraud or money laundering
  • User fails to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
  • Account inactive beyond the specified period with no transaction activity
  • User found to be operating multiple accounts or colluding with other users

Once an account is closed due to a terms violation, any outstanding bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited. The original deposit amount may be returned subject to the outcome of mh609's internal investigation.

6Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

All content on the mh609 platform — including logos, designs, user interface, text, graphics, images and software — is the exclusive property of mh609 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mh609.

The mh609 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. mh609 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
